Hi! We are Angie and Kevin Brown, and we’ve been coaching runners to break through obstacles, overcome and avoid injury, and achieve amazing things in their running for the last 15 years.
Angie earned her doctorate in physical therapy and has been helping runners rehab from injury and improve their performance for 15 years. She started running in college and grad school and quickly learned the impact that running can have on our physical and mental health. With Kevin’s help, she has improved her own personal running more than she ever imagined and loves helping other runners do the same. She believes in treating the person as a whole, so she has also pursued additional training and certifications in nutrition, life coaching, mental strategies, strength and conditioning and more.
Kevin ran cross country and track at the University of Notre Dame as a walk-on. He has been coaching high school cross country and track for 15 years, taking teams and individuals to the state meet every year. He is an elite local runner, with multiple top 3 finishes in 5k, 10k, half marathons, and marathons, including a first place finish in the 2017 Ft. Lauderdale A1A full marathon.
