This program includes a 12 week training plan and 13 week group coaching program. If you choose to pay in full, it will not auto bill. If you choose the monthly option, it will auto bill 3 installments of $40 each.
No. This program includes a one-time 12 week customized plan. If you miss part of training and need your schedule adjusted, we are happy to coach you through how you should adjust it during our live coaching calls or via email. We do not adjust schedules or move days around for you in the Final Surge app. You are responsible for moving days around to fit your schedule. If you would like to include schedule adjustments and personalized feedback on your workouts, you can upgrade to our personalized coaching option.
We offer personalized plans (with plan adjustments and weekly personalized coaching feedback) starting at $110 per month and VIP coaching packages starting at $220 per month. Click here to learn more.
We can't guarantee a specific race time or PR (because as you know, anything can happen on race day!), but we can guarantee that you will be stronger and be able to achieve your goal at the end of your plan if you follow it as written.

Absolutely! We have CUSTOMIZED plans for all experience levels and goals. When you sign up for the team, we help you to figure out your running goals, to find where you want to focus your time and energy. Based on your goal, your experience, and your a few other questions, we help determine the perfect plan for you right now.
Is there an area of your running that is not satisfying you right now or something that you feel could be improved? Have you been in a cycle of recurrent injuries? Do you feel like you could be faster or run longer but just aren't sure how to break through those plateaus? We can help you with all of those. When you join, you will fill out a questionnaire to help you get specific on your goals, then we CUSTOMIZE the right plan for you based on your experience and preferences. Our plans also incorporate strength training and mobility work to keep your body feeling good during whatever training cycle you are in. It's all built in to the plan.
