As a physical therapist, I’ve been helping people get stronger, rehab from injury, and improve their health for 17 years, and as a running coach, I’ve been helping runners get stronger, run longer and faster, and avoid injury for over 10 years.

 

What I’ve realized in this time is that there is a population that is being underserved - women between the ages of 40-60 who are going through perimenopause and post-menopause.  

I’ve been doing a lot of research on this topic in the past few years, and I’ve realized what a HUGE effect our hormones have on our fitness and response to training.  

As women over 40, we can’t train like we did when we were 20 or even 30.  

 

That’s why, for the first time ever, I’m going to be creating a program specifically designed for women navigating their health and fitness during perimenopause and post-menopause.  

 

I’ve talked to so many women struggling during this period of time, frustrated by their declines in fitness, feeling like their bodies are failing them, confused by the new aches and fatigue, but I know it doesn’t have to be this way.  

You can get stronger during this time.  

It doesn’t need to take you down, and you don’t have to accept “the inevitable decline of aging” or “the change”.  

 

I’m offering a select group of students the opportunity to join me inside a special focus group for my newest signature program.

Before I launch this program to the public, I want to make sure that I have a strong group of motivated people like you going through the program with me…and getting REAL RESULTS!

 

To earn a FREE spot inside this new program, here are the steps to apply:

  5. How do you think this training can help you?
  6. What is the #1 thing you want to have or experience by the end of this program?

 

Title your video: "RLR program entry: [Your Name]” when uploading your video to YouTube.  Yes, you can add the video as UNLISTED (but not as PRIVATE).

This is plain and simple. I’m looking for people that I can have the most impact on. I’m looking to work with people that have a desire to succeed, a great attitude, and are ready, willing, and able to commit to the process.  If I feel like my program can help you, I will most likely pick you.
