A Little More About Your Coaches:

Angie Brown

Angie is a mom of two beautiful girls, wife, and physical therapist that holds her doctorate degree in physical therapy, so she knows all about balance.   She specializes in runner-specific strength and conditioning, mobility, and injury prevention for runners and also holds a certification in nutrition to help her clients integrate healthy eating to complement their training and overall health goals. She has a passion for health, wellness, food, fitness and helping to educate people on the importance of healthy lifestyle changes, in order to live an active, vibrant life both now and as we get older.  Read more about Angie and her running journey here.

Kevin Brown

Kevin is a dad, husband, cross country and track coach and full-time high school teacher, who ran Division I CC and track at the University of Notre Dame.  He has coached teams and individuals to the state championship almost every year, and several of his former runners have received scholarships to run in college and currently compete professionally.  He believes in quality over quantity, allowing adequate periods of rest, and pushing hard on workout days to achieve amazing results.  Kevin has won countless races, including a 1st place finish at the Ft Lauderdale A1A full marathon in 2017, and a half marathon 1st place finish in Key West in 2019.  Read more about Kevin and his running journey here.
