We never want to lock you into anything that is not helping you, so there is no contract or minimum commitment. If you need some coaching or guidance for one race cycle or the whole year, we are here for you. Cancel anytime if you find this program is not for you. We are here to help and guide, but remember that results take time. The longer you commit, the more benefits you will gain. See our refund policy for full details.
At the time of sign up, you will take a comprehensive assessment and set a 90 day goal, then we will create a 12 week customized plan for you (or longer, depending on your goal). The membership includes 1 new plan/adjustment every 90 days (4 per year). If you miss part of training and need your schedule adjusted, we are happy to coach you through how you should adjust it during our live coaching calls or via email. We do not adjust individual schedules or move days around for you in the Final Surge app. You are responsible for moving days around to fit your schedule. If you would like to include schedule adjustments and personalized feedback on your workouts, you can upgrade to our personalized coaching option.

This membership is here to give you what you need. The largest benefits are shifting your mindset, training plans that work, access to your coaches, and community support and accountability. You can easily integrate other forms of cross training into your plan, and if you need help, our team is here to assist and guide you.
Absolutely! We have CUSTOMIZED plans for all experience levels and goals. When you sign up for the team, we help you to figure out your running goals, to find where you want to focus your time and energy. Based on your goal, your experience, and your a few other questions, we help determine the perfect plan for you right now.
Is there an area of your running that is not satisfying you right now or something that you feel could be improved? Have you been in a cycle of recurrent injuries? Do you feel like you could be faster or run longer but just aren't sure how to break through those plateaus? We can help you with all of those. When you join, you will fill out a questionnaire to help you get specific on your goals, then we CUSTOMIZE the right plan for you based on your experience and preferences. Our plans also incorporate strength training and mobility work to keep your body feeling good during whatever training cycle you are in. It's all built in to the plan.
The RLR Training Team is here to support you along your journey. If you are taking a down cycle right now and don't want to follow a strict plan, that's cool! As a member, you still have access to all of our resources, including the audio and video lessons, coaching calls, private team community and more. Take what you need and when you're ready for a plan, we've got you covered!
