118: Avoiding Running Aches and Pains

No one likes being hurt. You lose your running routine. You can lose some fitness if you are out for too long. What about the smaller aches and pains? Reminders that you ran that day. A twinge as you run down the street. Soreness when you wake up or try to fall asleep. Does running need to be so painful? How can runners look so powerful while running and so feeble and awkward afterwards?
