We all want to become better runners and better humans.  We know there are steps that should be taken to move us along this path.  But life keeps getting in the way and the excuses are so easily found. Without a plan for moving forward, we will fall behind.  In this episode, we go narrower than a plan, and focus on just doing the next action, and then the one after that.
