127: Train Smarter, Not Harder (What Does That Even Mean?)

Many runners train as hard as they can every time they run.  If they are not exhausted by the end of a workout, they feel they have not maximized their time.  This leads to a plateau, boredom, injury or burnout. Wouldn’t it be nice to make progress without having to feel so tired all the time?
