127: Train Smarter, Not Harder (What Does That Even Mean?)
Feb 13, 2020Many runners train as hard as they can every time they run. If they are not exhausted by the end of a workout, they feel they have not maximized their time. This leads to a plateau, boredom, injury or burnout. Wouldn’t it be nice to make progress without having to feel so tired all the time?
