128: Stop Lying To Yourself

Feb 20, 2020

If you tell someone about your big goals with confidence that you will achieve them, many will just smile and nod.  Those who do acknowledge your goal, will often point out you are illogical, filled with wishful thinking, and are just a dreamer who should come back to reality.  Some people take those comments and thrive. What are you supposed to do when the negative comments are coming from you?

What lies are you telling yourself everyday? Some common ones we hear are “I’m not a runner”, “I’m not fast”, “I’m lazy”. Why are you being so hard on yourself? If you don’t believe you’re awesome, how do you expect to achieve awesome things? Today we talk about those nasty little voices in our head that tell us that we are less than what we really are. Time to stop lying to ourselves and step into the realm of possibilities.
