I understand that a personalized plan is $10 per week and have selected the correct number of weeks for my plan before checking out. (ie. 12 weeks = $120). I understand that there are no refunds for personalized plans and that a personalized plan does not guarantee results.

Personalized Training Plan

 

Personalized plans are $10 per week. Please use the quantity selector to select how many weeks your plan will be. 

Example: A 12 week plan = $120 so increase the counter to 12 before checking out. 

After checkout, you will be directed to a questionnaire for you to provide us with all the details for us to create your plan.

Note: If you do not select the correct number of weeks for your plan, your plan will not be created. 

Please allow 1-2 weeks for your plan to be created.
