Try to get your knee up high and bring your leg and hip through a full range of motion
Focus on keeping your back straight and be quick and light on your feet
Bring your heel up towards your butt to really warm up the hamstrings
You can do this slowly or more quickly as your warmup. Great for warming up those lateral hip stabilizers.
