So many times in life, we get bogged down with the details of our daily schedules and forget to take time to appreciate just how awesome we are.  

We do it all - keep kids alive and safe, do our best to create a loving and healthy home, and get everyone where they need to be, but we sometimes still feel overwhelmed and beat ourselves up for not doing enough.

We put our health on the back burner, making excuses about not having enough time or energy to exercise or cook a nourishing dinner for us and our families.

We have realized that A LOT of runners just love to run, but don't necessarily want to train for a specific race.  There are tons of race-specific programs out there, but how many programs are there for recreational runners that just want to make running a part of their overall lifestyle without worrying about racing?

Some people just want a plan to follow, to stay in shape, to get in better shape, and to make them feel good, but they’re not sure exactly what to do.

We want to fill this void. We want to help guide you with a easy plan to follow so that you can become the runner you want to be.  We are so excited to announce the launch of our new membership program, which includes your running and exercise plan for each month!

No more wondering what to do each day.

No more wondering about core training, strength training, or stretching.

No more searching for Pinterest workouts to follow.

No more same old boring runs day after day.

Each month, we will create a new running plan for you, including strength training days with all new workouts each month to keep you strong, to help prevent injury, and to keep you running!  Our plans also include running drills, mobility and stretching, and HIIT workouts to get you stronger and more fit on your non-running days.

The running days are structured with two options: a 30 min workout and a 45 min workout option.  They are all time-based and effort-based workouts, so there are no specific paces or mileage numbers that you have to follow.  That way, wherever you are in your running journey, you can make this plan work for you!

The plan includes 4 days of running each week, 2 strength days, and a rest day, but if you only want to run 3 days, you can just adjust it to fit your life, while still gaining the benefits of having a plan to follow each month!

To make it even better, you will have access to this program on our official coaching app, Final Surge, so that you will have your workouts at your fingertips everyday.

We also include a library of healthy recipes that we have found throughout the web and various cookbooks that we cook for our family each week. We want to help you to build a complete health program, to make this whole healthy living thing more simple, helping you to create lasting healthy habits for you and your family!

You will have full access to our exercise library, which includes some of the best exercises for runners, with specific exercises to target the muscles runners need the most.  

It includes videos for each exercise, so you can be sure that you are performing each exercise correctly and with the right form to avoid injury and target the right muscles.

Most importantly, we will continue to build and support our Real Life Runners Tribe, our community of like-minded people here to support each other along the way and to be the best versions of ourselves!  We are here for you to answer any questions about the program or about your running journey in general.
