288: Starting or Restarting in the New Year

It's the new year, time to get on track towards new goals.  But what should you do if you've been inconsistent?  How do you safely get back into it?  What about those runners who are consistent and are just looking to improve? 

Today we talk to 3 groups of runners:

1. People who have been inconsistent for 3 months or more

2. People who have been inconsistent for less than a month

3. People who are consistent (running at least 3x per week) and have a new goal that they want to accomplish. 

All 3 groups require change, so today we help you understand the best track for you to get on to achieve your goal and the important things to keep in mind along the way.
