We all have different reasons why we got into running.  We all have different reasons why we continue to run.  Most people would say that they want to be more fit and healthy.  But are these two words the same?  If you are more fit, does that automatically mean that you are more healthy?  We don’t think so, and in today’s episode, we will tell you why.
