226: Dream Big

Over the past few weeks, we have seen numerous stories about athletes accomplishing goals that would seem impossible to achieve.  What does it take to start out on a task that sounds crazy?  There is a classic proverb that the journey of a thousand miles begins with one step from Chinese philosopher Lao Tzu.  While this statement cuts to the truth that you cannot finish unless you start, it can still feel difficult to start.
