240: Perfectionism in Running: The Good, The Bad, and The Human

Do you strive for perfection? What happens when you miss a day or don't follow your plan exactly?  Do you feel guilty or bad about it?  Do you tell yourself you messed it up or that you're not going to achieve your goal now? 

Today we examine our need for perfection in running, even when we don't realize it.  

Good news...you don't need to be perfect.  Your training plan doesn't need to be perfect, and you can still get results. Maybe letting go of the perfection is all you need to succeed after all.
