274: Pushing Your Limits

Eliud Kipchoge recently set the world record in the marathon with a blazing time of 2:01:09.  It’s a time that most of us can’t even imagine or wrap our minds around.  How is that even possible? As Kipchoge just showed us, it is possible.  

 

Kipchoge is known for a saying, “No human is limited.”  So the question is, how often do you push your own limits? Do you believe that you are limited? In what ways can you test your limits from time to time to break through and see what’s possible for YOU?
