As busy people and parents, how the heck do we fit it all in? When we talk to people, the number one excuse that everyone has for not working out or not making healthy meals is lack of time. Let's be honest...it's just that...an excuse. We all have the time - we just have to find it or make it. In this episode, we give you some tips that have worked for us.
