Wouldn’t it be great if we could just take a break from life for the next 9 months and build a beautiful multi-phased training plan filled with consistent build-up and plentiful recovery?  How does a training plan get created and executed when running is not the only aspect of your life? While illness and vacation can sometimes throw a wrench in our plans, what about when our job creates its own physical challenge?
